Elementary School Children
Cheerleading

- Programs are available for toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.
Birthday Parties
- The Fabulously Fun Fitness Program comes to you for a party filled with non-stop FUN!
- Music and games for ages 2 to 12
- Parties can be held at your house, a park, or another location of your choice.
- You supply the kids...we supply the fun!

- Stretch-n-Grow will come to your facility and provide new and fun ideas for incorporating fitness into your classrooms.
Toddlers
- 2-year-olds are introduced to the fabulously fun world of fitness
- Kids stay in constant motion – no waiting in line
- Safe and effective exercises help develop children’s balance, coordination, and motor skills

Preschoolers
- Fun fitness classes for 3 to 5 year olds include a complete workout, with a warm-up, cardiovascular and strength training, and cool-down.
- Kids get energized by our upbeat music, original adventure stories, and fun games!
- Every class includes a Healthy Habits Lesson covering topics such as nutrition, exercise, hygiene, safety, and self-esteem.
- Colorful, skill-specific equipment enhances both motor skills and coordination.
- Kids learn all of their major muscle groups and how to use them.
- Variety in our exercises and activities maintains the children’s enthusiasm.
