Sandi Applegate

Sandi Applegate is the Owner and Director of Stretch-n-Grow in the Jacksonville area.  Sandi has worked with children of all ages in many different settings including fitness classes, horseback riding, sport camps and coaching.  She is also the mother of three boys and realizes the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle.  Having children of her own combined with her long love of fitness prompted Sandi into starting Stretch-n-Grow in the Jacksonville area.  “My genuine love of children is why I am dedicated to improving the quality of life for our up and coming generation.”  Sandi is excited to have the children of Jacksonville joining the over half million kids worldwide who are having an ECERcited time being a STRETCH-N-GROW STAR!!
All coaches are Certified Youth Fitness Instructors and are CPR & First Aid Certified.  Coaches are continually educated in exercise and wellness for young children.
