Stretch-n-Grow of Riverview

Shelly Holly is the owner and director of Stretch-n-Grow in Riverview, FL.  Shelly began teaching Stretch-n-Grow classes in October 2002.  She currently teaches 25-30 classes a week.   Her classes range in age from 2 years to 12 years.  A basic cheerleading class is also offered to help prepare young girls for more advanced classes in later years.

Her love of children and belief that all children need a foundation to lead a healthy lifestyle brought her into the Stretch-n-Grow family.  Stretch-n-Grow provides pre-school children that foundation by teaching them healthy eating habits and how to have fun with exercise.  The program assists children with hand and eye coordination, balance, improved cardiovascular fitness, self-esteem, and much more.  These things are helpful in order to prepare children for participating in sports and other physical activities as they grow older.

Shelly is a Certified Youth Fitness Instructor and certified in CPR and First Aid.  In her spare time, she enjoys, jogging, swimming, biking, reading and baking.
