Traci Gardner
Stretch-n-Grow of Orlando

Traci Gardner is the mother of two small children and the owner and director of Stretch-n-Grow of Orlando.  Since 2006, Traci has been teaching fitness classes to all ages.  She is a Certified Youth Fitness Instructor, educated in exercise for young children, as well as First Aid and CPR certified.  Traci has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and also has experience teaching science programs at schools and education centers in Central Florida.   She has a genuine love for children and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our future generations.
